Prices prevailing at time of order apply. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Case information, customer information, or order details can be released to third parties in the event that a payment is not made to National Public Documents. National Public Documents may at its discretion offer or release to third parties any information provided by you or developed by National Public Documents.
4. Billing Errors and Reinvestigation
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Upon receipt of an order, we shall use all best efforts to provide you the results as soon as possible. You understand there will be delays in completing the delivery of some Information requests due to court closures, court orders, acts or regulations of governmental bodies, document retrieval, document verification, failure of a third party’s performance, inclement weather, any act of God, and other circumstances beyond our control, therefore, we do not guarantee delivery results within a specified time period.
