1. Binding Purchases
All orders are deemed offers by you to purchase National Public Documents products. 2. Prices
Prices for National Public Documents goods and services are prominently displayed on our website prior to your purchase. All prices posted on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at time of order apply. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. National Public Documents reserves the right to contract with a third party to process all payments. Such third party may impose additional terms and conditions governing payment processing. All payments must be received by us prior to emailing, faxing, and/or shipping your order. We accept payment as described on our website. All pricing and payments are in United States dollars. You hereby agree and authorize the release of case information in the event of non-payment of any amount. Case information, customer information, or order details can be released to third parties in the event that a payment is not made to National Public Documents. You also agree to waive rights to confidentiality or privacy provided by any statute, code, ordinance, or other rule in this event. National Public Documents may at its discretion offer or release to third parties any information provided by you or developed by National Public Documents.

4. Billing Errors and Reinvestigation
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication. In the event of a dispute over the accuracy of Information provided by us, we shall promptly reinvestigate such claims and provide any necessary corrections without additional cost to you. In the event such reinvestigation does not reveal inaccuracies, we reserve the right to invoice and charge you an additional sale of equal fees for the additional research.

5. Shipping and Handling
National Public Documents will arrange for sending of the products to you by email, fax, regular US postal delivery or any other means described on our website at the time your order is placed. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Upon receipt of an order, we shall use all best efforts to provide you the results as soon as possible. You understand there will be delays in completing the delivery of some Information requests due to court closures, court orders, acts or regulations of governmental bodies, document retrieval, document verification, failure of a third party’s performance, inclement weather, any act of God, and other circumstances beyond our control, therefore, we do not guarantee delivery results within a specified time period. All Information requests received after 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time will be considered as received next business day.
